We currently do not ship via transit logistics. We have professional delivery companies handle customs matters and ship our replicas worldwide. You can purchase these replicas in the US, UK, EU (France, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain……), and the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman……), among other countries/regions, avoiding customs issues.
Within 2-3 business days of placing your order, we will contact you via WhatsApp and send you a video of your product. We will then confirm the product to ensure it meets your expectations and ship it to you. Depending on the country, delivery time is 7-15 days.
cancellations
If you have already placed an order with us and meet the cancellation criteria (i.e., we haven’t started customizing the product or shipped it), we can accept your cancellation. Please note that the payment processing fee charged by each platform will apply. We appreciate your understanding!
Returns
We offer a one-year warranty on all our products. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be notified to us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of reshipping, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Timepieces are inherently fragile, and despite our best efforts, they may arrive damaged. In such cases, we will handle this on a case-by-case basis, replacing the affected component or the entire timepiece.
All sales are non-refundable or non-exchangeable by default. However, if the product can be returned in a similar condition to when it arrived, we may consider such a request on a case-by-case basis. We do not cover return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of up to 5% of the product value may apply.
Failure to accept delivery
We are not responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient’s absence. Most couriers typically make several delivery attempts and hold the package at a local facility for a period of time until you collect it before returning it to the sender. If the package is unclaimed and ultimately returned to us, we will simply re-deliver it at your expense.
